Paul Volcker was a former Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, former Undersecretary of the Department of the Treasury, former President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Professor Emeritus of International Economic Policy, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, at Princeton University.
