Marsha Vande-Berg serves as chief executive officer of the Pacific Pension Institute (PPI). She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, serves on the Council’s National Program Committee, and is also a member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies, the Pacific Council for International Policy. Vande Berg also serves as PPI’s representative on the Advisory Board of the RAND Center for Asia Pacific Policy.
Vande-Berg holds a PhD in international studies from Vanderbilt University, and a master’s in international studies from Duke University.
