Road to Election Night & Beyond

Knowing Each Other? Mutual Perceptions Across the Atlantic

This is the second session of the transatlantic virtual event series Road to Election Night & Beyond #R2EN, organized and hosted by several Berlin-based transatlantic institutions.

Ambassadors Emily Haber and John B. Emerson, both renowned experts in foreign policy and transatlantic relations, will share their assessment of how Americans currently perceive their German partners across the Atlantic, and vice versa. What larger trends can we deduce from the current state of transatlantic relations? Are we, in fact, still “wunderbar together”?

The moderated discussion will last about 35 minutes, followed by 25 minutes of Q&A.

Please note that this lecture will take place entirely online. To join, please register on the left side of this page. All registered guests will receive participation instructions one to two days prior to the event.
