We’ve been fed a diet of dystopia and we are manifesting what we’ve learned. In this lecture and screening, celebrated TV writer and producer Jenji Kohan (Weeds, Orange Is the New Black, GLOW) asks, “How can we promote protopian narratives and save ourselves?” The event will start with a screening of the pilot episodes of both Weeds and Orange Is the New Black. Kohan will be in conversation with writer, producer, and screenwriter Anna Winger.
