Esra Akcan, the Ellen Maria Gorrissen Fellow at the Academy in fall 2016, was at the Academy to explore the context of discriminatory housing regulations through her focus on the 1984/1987 Internationale Bauausstellung (IBA) in Berlin-Kreuzberg.
