Devin Fore is an assistant professor in the German department at Princeton University, where he is also an associate faculty member of the Slavic Department and an affiliated faculty member of the program in Media + Modernity. His interdisciplinary research, which develops new perspectives on the filiations between Soviet and Weimar Modernism, has been recognized with fellowships from the Fulbright Foundation, Social Science Research Council, Whiting Foundation, and the Mellon Foundation. He has also been a visiting fellow at Cornell University’s Society for the Humanities. In addition to translating a number of texts from Russian and German, Fore has published essays in the journals New German Critique and Grey Room, and has edited a special issue of October on the subject of Soviet factography.
