Angela Stent is an analyst of post-Soviet affairs with a keen intellectual temperament and the talent for addressing the key issues of the complex and often problematic relationship between Russia and the West. Currently the director of the Center for Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies at Georgetown University, Stent has held positions at the US Department of State’s Office of Political Planning, and at the National Intelligence Council.
