Svenja Kopyciok studied North American Studies, Political Science, and Psychology at the University of Bonn, at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, and at the University of Provence, in Aix-en-Provence. During her studies she interned at the German Council on Foreign Relations and the German Embassy in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the Academy, in November 2011, she worked as a program assistant at the International Office of Bonn University.
