Susanna Moore is Professor of Creative Writing at Princeton University. A new novel, The Life of Objects, set in Berlin during the Second World War, is to be published in 2012. The book was begun while Moore was at the Academy in Berlin. She is also working on a history of Hawaii, to be published by Farrar, Straus & Giroux in 2012.
