Malte Mau is responsible for the Academy's public relations, media cooperations, and all other press-related activities. He received his BA in Political Science at Columbia University and his MA in Media and Communications from the University of London (2004). Before joining the Academy, in fall 2007, he worked for three years as project manager with various political organizations in Berlin, is the co-founder of ThinkNet politika Berlin, and has published various policy papers and studies in the fields of new media, democracy and participation, and political communication.
