Judith Stupp is the New York Representative of the American Academy in Berlin. She joined the staff in May 2011. She  served four Majority Leaders as the Downstate Operations Manager for the New York State Senate and currently serves as Commissioner of the New York City Board of Elections, a part-time position overseeing the administration of New York State election law. She graduated from St. John's University, in New York City.
