Biography
Jessica Vitzthum is responsible for an effective information flow with the Academy’s Board of Trustees, in addition to cultivating existing Academy benefactors and further developing donor potential in the arts and humanities field. She joined the Academy in September 2010 after working at the US Embassy in Berlin, where she managed high-profile public diplomacy activities, including the Grand Opening of the new Embassy building, in July 2008. Her previous positions include the events coordination at the Canadian Embassy in Berlin, and managing the fine arts program of a European cultural initiative. In addition to her expertise in public diplomacy and arts, Vitzthum brings experience from her previous cross-disciplinary positions in the fields of culture, politics, and business.
